- Bridges continues to own and operate the property.
- The family's contribution is specifically dedicated to creating Hessa's House.
- Bridges handles ownership, operations, improvements, programming, insurance and maintenance.
- The family never becomes a landlord or manages a property.
The understanding is simple: this family created Hessa's House. As long as the property serves that mission, it remains Hessa's House. If circumstances ever changed materially, the family and Bridges would address the future of that dedicated asset together.

The Zolty story began with Moishe Zolty and his cousin Berish Zolty — two men who built something and passed it down. That spirit has carried three generations and brought us to a partnership that includes Bentzy Freidman, Dov Kamenetsky, David Zolty and Shloime Zolty.
